The Matfer Rigid Whisk has been a favored tool of professional French chefs for more than 30 years. Designed and manufactured in France, this whisk is comprised of 18/10 stainless steel rigid whisk wires designed to keep their shape while stirring dense preparations such as whipped potatoes, fondues, choux paste, and more. Wires are welded into a steel core and molded into an Exoglass® handle, a patented polyamide developed by Matfer. The handle is non-porous, waterproof, heat resistant, and wonât rust or deteriorate from heavy use. Rounded handle bottom prevents whisk from slipping into bowls or pots. NSF Certified and dishwasher safe. Ensured with a limited Lifetime Warranty by Matfer Bourgeat USA.
