Don't cook anything in this pan! Also, it doesn't balance properly on a gas stove, the stainless steel is so thin you can only use the lowest heat, the handles get super hot even on low heat. I was also surprised that the peanut oil I used (which can take very high heat) started to smoke in this pan. So what is this pan good for? I will use it to put dried flowers in or moss for decoration purpose. I wish I could return but unfortunately it's already used and is now showing burn marks that won't scrub out even with baking soda and comet. Oh well, lesson learned.
