I've wanted a set of bamboo flatware for some time so I finally purchased this set. Its beautiful! Nice quality, good weight, handsome handles. The first time I used it was for an informal dinner party and my guests commented on how nice they looked...the flatware, not each other. The set was missing one dinner fork so I notified the company. They could not have been nicer and sent me another right away. I'm a happy customer.Loved that they are 100% bamboo handles and they are comfortable to use. They look very expensive. And has two different sizes of spoons great productI was really excited to get this cutlery set. I wanted to replace the set i use for special occasions with this set. This set serves a full 3 course meal and more. The set in itself is beautiful and really stands out. Despite the set being of bamboo it’s pretty comfortable to hold.The only con for me is that I don’t like the look of the metal for the forks. It’s a little thinner then I would like and has a super glossy/mirrored look. Most of the set looks fine but when you look at the forks they look kind of cheap.So overall a great set of you’re not to picky about your forks lolI got this Bamboo Flatware Set to use at a party we’re giving this summer with an island theme. I thought it looked so adorable in the listings and when I saw it, I was not disappointed. It came packaged in a nice box, light green with koala bear. The Bamboo has such a great feel to it, and I really like that there are 6 pieces in each of the 4 place settings rather than the standard 4 pieces. We’re going to have a lot of fruits and slushy-type foods that will require different sized spoons and forks, so this is a great set. At first I thought it was a little spendy, but then I considered it's hand crafted and all handmade, plus the cost of bamboo, so I now understand. The flatware feels a little different in your hands but I think that's part of its charm. As for durability, I think it will need to be taken care of. In spite a few concerns, I'm giving 5 Stars because this flatware is very special. I am happy to own it and look forward to having fun with it!This is nice handmade cutlery. I got the 24 piece set. Please note-- do not put this in the dishwasher. It will ruin the finish on the bamboo. We hand washed these when we got them and put them away. They look very beautiful and I am sure will be a conversation piece when we have company.I was a bit afraid of the bamboo looking substantially different over the set (because of the natural differences in bamboo) but I was pleasantly surprised that the bamboo finish was pretty consistent throughout the set. If you don't want your standard cutlery set and want something handmade-- I would give this set a try. Definitely worth the money.
