Aimed at the preparation and the dressing of dishes, the spatula-tools of the series have been studied in their camber and their flexibility to facilitate the handling of food and increase the precision of the Chef’s hand.
Sized to reply to the Chef’s habits and dexterity. Adapted to small pieces or cut pieces as foiegras, appetizers, scallops, petit-fours.
