Segmented like a caterpillar, each channel of this mold has 15 bulges separated from each other by 14 narrower connections. Those separations/connections let you slice through your baked or frozen food product to your required size.
Slice into single pieces for a macaroon-like shape, or leave multiple bulges connected, preserving the caterpillar shape. This mold is designed with a special and innovative border which gives a unique rounded shape to the base of pastries. Can be used in temperature ranges between -76 and +446 °F.
