This Boning Knife is thin with an agile tip, perfect for breaking down or cleaning up meat. This shape is similar to a filet knife, and sometimes referred to as a meat knife or de-boning knife, specially designed for precisely trimming meat from bones, separating ligaments, and removing meat from fat.
